I’m June Carpenter, a senior and a co-editor-in-chief of the newspaper here. I’ll occasionally post my own writings when I have the time outside of school.(check out my essay on some effects of WW1 on the modern day) I also take pictures for the club and hope to be even more helpful in expanding the newspaper and getting it on the front of everyone’s minds every school day. (I’ll leave time for weekends, don’t worry)

I love history, geography, and writing, which comes together in a lot of different ways. You might one day see my name on a New York Times bestseller book or behind a wildly successful show, game, or movie. (not to toot my own horn) Have fun perusing the journal!
